After gaining a lot of weight over the course of 18 months I decided it was time to make a change. I trained hard, ate well every day for 3 months and managed to loose 5 stone. From this sparked my passion for working out and going to the gym.
I started to do research and learn about muscle building and weight loss, getting advice from friends and people in the gym, I started to gain a lot of muscle. Loosing the weight changed my life and boosted my self confidence and I want to help other make that same change, a change for a better version of themselves.
Each plan is suited to different needs, partial plans, full plans or even a fully custom plan which would be made and suited to your goals and lifestyle along with support and help whenever you needed it.
The partial plans are premade plans built as a general plan to follow, purchasing one of these will give you discounted access to additional plans for the future.
The pre made plans are for someone who needs a full plan but doesn't need a customised plan, these will be an all round hypertrophy training style plan.
A fully customised plan, catered to your needs and goals, built around your schedule for as many or as little days you can do, working with you to change or improve anything you need. This plan also comes with advice and guidance on anything gym related, live tracking and progressive overload.
